The below table shows which information fields from the NZTD declaration are collected and used by which New Zealand Border Agencies.

The agencies are:

  • New Zealand Customs Service (NZCS) Te Mana Ārai o Aotearoa.
  • Immigration New Zealand (INZ) Te Ratonga Manene, a part of the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment Hīkina Whakatutuki
  • The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) Manatū Ahu Matua
  • Statistics New Zealand (Stats NZ) Tatauranga Aotearoa
  • Ministry of Health Manatū Hauora and Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora (together Health)
