Your right for a review
If you are not issued a Traveller Pass, you have the right to have this decision reviewed.
Please note that a failure to receive a Traveller Pass does not result in restrictions on you travelling to New Zealand. The consequences will be that you will need to speak to a Customs’ Officer and compete a paper form, or you may receive a fine of up to $500.
